Professional Real-Estate Photography

He wanted to create something similar to what he had done in the past. I believe the time and energy that goes into creating a home should be well represented by photos. With a combination of Professional Gear, HDR Photography and the right amount of interior light I created a night layout for Alex.

This two bedroom penthouse condo has a wonderful view and a jacuzzi pool off the living room area.

Photos can improve your rentals or sell your property faster. It would be impossible to capture these views with a point and shoot camera.

Ambient light and the right amount of flash makes all the difference. You can see the interior design of the condo, the jacuzzi and the night sky!

The night view is spectacular over-looking the Caribbean Sea.  This is what Alex sent after he received his photos:

“Honestly, I opened the file when I had some friends over at dinner. They wanted to look and when I opened the first photo we were all blown away. And these friends are major artsy people. Two are a couple who own galleries in New York and the other is an artist who has work in their galleries and has done paintings commissioned by F1 Formula Racing and Rolls Royce. Being there with you and seeing how they came out I’m even more blown away. Would love to write a review for you somewhere.”

I told him that was enough of a review!  I love what I do.  Whether you are selling or renting you are creating a dream come true for someone to hang their hat.  Maybe for a week vacation or a lifetime.
