Destination Wedding Tips Topic # 5!

Being in front of a camera can be daunting for some people that have never had a photo session with a professional photographer.  Sorry guys but, especially men.  So, here is a great tip to get you started!

Use your environment! The beaches in the Mayan Riviera are so beautiful with the crisp clean white sand. We found a couple of sticks on the beach and instead of doing it myself or having my assistant write, Kate & Greg got into the action!

We took a walk down the beach to find our perfect spot.  Just down from the beautiful http://www.barcelo.com where the ceremony would be held. Kate and Greg got to share some time together and loosen up before my shutter went wild.  They decided to write their WEDDING DATE in the sand but you could write your names, something that is special to you as a couple, or a THANK YOU to send to all the guests that came to your Destination Wedding or maybe if your capturing your Engagement Pictures a SAVE THE DATE would be perfect to go along with your photo announcement!

The end results are photos that are relaxed and fun.  Start out moving and you are well on your way into your Professional Photo Session. Take advantage of your surroundings.  Have fun and play together.  Because we know… Couples that play together stay together!
