My story began on the vibrant streets of Minneapolis, Minnesota.  With an amazing community of creators around me, I embarked on a journey fueled by passion. Graduating from the University of Minnesota with my degree in Theatre/Dance, I immersed myself in the world of performance. I have been seen on the stages with renowned companies and became an artistic associate in a thriving theatre lab. It was on these stages that I found myself dancing alongside icons like Prince and choreographing Reese Witherspoon. and sketching unforgettable moments and experiences that live in every cell of my being today.

The stage was just the beginning of my artistic journey. But, like most artists, I looked for something new and inspiring. So I packed my dreams onto my little Jeep Wrangler and moved to the sun-kissed shores of Playa del Carmen, Mexico. There, I transitioned from the spotlight in front of the camera to the amazing world behind it. Cat Eye Creations Photography was born. Drawing from my extensive dance and theatre background, I discovered a new canvas for my artistry. My former experiences gave me a huge insight into what it feels like to be in front of the camera enhancing my ability to work with my clients. It isn’t easy for most people to move or know what they want to see in their final layout. This is where my love for the art of storytelling through the lens began to unfold.
